Exercising correctly reduces the risk of injury and pain, as poor form places undue pressure on muscles, tendons and ligaments and good form reduces the likelihood of overcompensation. If you are not exercising correctly, it may mean you are targeting unintended muscles or muscle groups. Form being consistent allows for continued strengthening, toning and performance.
Having the correct technique in any activity allows your dog’s body to move freely and effectively having the necessary strength, and range of motion to carry out the tasks you ask.
Foundation Training is the key to a fit, healthy flexible, balanced dog, helping them to get the best out of life and reach their full athletic potential whether your dog is a pet dog, show dog or sporting or working dog at all life stages. Your dog will achieve the required fundamental core strength needed to progress through our Intermediate and Advanced programs.
